We are thrilled to invite you to an evening of Ecstatic Dance, a liberating and joyful experience where movement and music merge to create a space of self-expression, connection, and pure bliss.

We have partnered with Empress 🍹 who will serve delicious non-alcoholic drinks for you to enjoy this summer night!

Whether you are a seasoned dancer or new to Ecstatic Dance, this event is for everyone. Come as you are, and let the music move you in ways you never imagined.

What to Expect:

• Warm-Up: We will begin with a gentle warm-up to get everyone in tune with their bodies.

• Main Dance: Let go of inhibitions as the music guides your movements. There is no right or wrong way to dance—follow your own rhythm and flow.

• Cool Down: After the dance, we will have a calming cool-down session to help you ground and integrate the experience.

What to Wear:

• Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that allow you to move freely.

• Layers, as you might get warm while dancing.

• Barefoot or indoor shoes—whichever makes you feel most comfortable and connected to the ground.

What to Bring:

• A water bottle to stay hydrated.

• A towel if you expect to sweat.

• An open heart and mind, ready to embrace the experience.

Guidelines:

• This is a non-verbal space: we communicate through our bodies and movements.

• Respect personal space: be mindful of others around you.

• Substance-free environment: please refrain from using alcohol or drugs.
