Terms of Use

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not purchase from Poise.no. This website is operated by Iselin Larsen (Poise.no) .Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Iselin Larsen and her team at Poise. Iselin Larsen (Poise.no) offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. 

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Payment

Payment is made via Bank/Credit Card. We also offer installment payments, invoices or third-party payment providers depending on the program or service. We accept both Visa and MasterCard through our world-leading partner, Stripe. All your transactions are encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are 100% secure. All card purchases are fee-free.

Invoicing and Contract Duration

Partial payment for courses, coaching, or programs will be automatically deducted monthly from the selected payment card with the agreed amount. If your payment fails on the due date, we will attempt to re-process it without notice.

If payment is not received by the due date, the course, coaching or program will not continue, and we reserve the right to suspend all services. It is the customer's responsibility to update payment information and ensure coverage on the payment card.

Unpaid invoices and down payments will be escalated to our third-provider debt collector Kravia.

For financing through our external provider, Resurs Bank, all communication and payments will be handled by Resurs Bank.

Terms for purchasing mentor groups.

The Program delivery begins with filling in the application form or the initial sales call. The agreement is binding, there is no right of withdrawal for live programs tailored for a specific group with a specific setup, according to the consumer rights act § 22.

You will not have a right to withdraw from the following group or individual mentoring or coaching programmes once you have purchased them. Agreed coaching sessions can be cancelled freely up to 24 hours before the scheduled meeting. There will be no refund for sessions cancelled later than 24 hours before or for sessions not cancelled.

Terms for purchasing online courses.

You will have 14 days to withdraw from online courses. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the courses must not have been started, meaning that participants have not viewed or downloaded any content from the course. We reserve the right to errors in prices and stock availability.

Terms for purchasing digital content.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements for the delivery of digital content. When purchasing digital content, you immediately get access to the entire content and, therefore, cannot refund the product according to Section 22 (n) of the Right of Withdrawal Act, Norwegian law.

Terms for purchasing a physical event

Physical events are non-refundable.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable Norwegian laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law and handled by Oslo District Court.

Conditions for using content from the course portals

You purchase access to the portal's content during your paid period. All products from Poise are protected by copyright. The product is for personal use only – and for one user. You may not use the product or material in the product in a way that infringes our rights or in a way that Poise has not authorized.

You may not copy, modify, publish, reproduce, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute any material from the product. Sharing or uploading product files for sharing on websites is considered theft and will be reported according to the law. You may download and/or print pages from the website for personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are retained.

​Both membership and courses are individual programs. When you register, you will receive a username and password. This member profile is for logging into the course and the member portal. If you wish to take a course together with others, each individual must purchase the course/access separately.

Sales to minors

If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from your guardian to order from us.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy, and we ask that you also respect the privacy of other participants in courses and member portals. Therefore, this is a mutual agreement of confidentiality. We ask everyone to respect this by not sharing information shared in mentor conversations, community groups, retreats, workshops, courses, or gatherings. By purchasing courses or memberships, you agree to respect this. You are, of course, free to discuss your personal results from our courses and assignments. All experiences and statements, whether oral or written, from all other participants or course instructors, must be kept strictly confidential.

Liability

We disclaim all financial claims related to our websites, newsletters, videos, course portals, or other content. We constantly strive to ensure that the content is of high quality. By purchasing courses, you accept and acknowledge that you are responsible for your own progress and results. We offer no guarantees of results. You are responsible for implementation, and your results depend on this.

Cancellation and Postponement

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone programs due to reasons beyond our control. In case of cancellation, the course participant will be refunded the membership fee. In case of postponement, the course participant will be offered participation at a later date.

Limitation and Liability

By purchasing products from us, you agree to use them at your own risk, and the programs are for informational purposes. You release the company and its employees from all liability

Public Defamation

In the event of a dispute between you and the company, you agree that such a dispute shall be resolved internally. You agree not to communicate with a third party, publicly or privately, which would lead to public defamation of the company.

Agreement

Membership and course access apply to one participant, and it is assumed that login information is not shared with others. This agreement cannot be transferred by either party.

Termination

By purchasing products from us, you agree that poise.no, at its discretion, may terminate the agreement, limit, terminate, or terminate the customer's participation in the program. This applies if the customer disrupts other members or violates the terms.

Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, a disagreement related to this agreement may be submitted to the conciliation board or the court.

Notice

Any notices of disagreement shall be made by personal delivery or by email.

Force Majeure

If poise.no is prevented from delivering or if such delivery obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome due to labor disputes or any other circumstance beyond the parties' control, such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military call-ups of a corresponding extent, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, riots and unrest, scarcity of transportation, general scarcity of goods, restriction in the supply of fuel, as well as deficiencies or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances as are covered in this paragraph, Iselin Larsen is relieved of all other liability than in cases of complaint and crediting the purchase price of the defective goods.

The affected party shall promptly notify the other party in writing of the Force Majeure Event and its impact on performance under the Agreement. The parties shall make their best efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable after the Force Majeure Event is removed.
